Billing & Usage

Overview

The Billing page in your dashboard lets you manage your subscription, view credit balances, purchase lifetime credits, and review transaction history.

Credit Balances

Your dashboard displays two credit balances:

• Subscription Credits — Auto-refilling credits from your plan (refill every 5 hours)
• Lifetime Credits — Purchased credits that never expire

Subscription credits are consumed first. When they run out, lifetime credits are used (with your plan’s discount applied).

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately:

• Your subscription credits reset
• You gain access to the new plan’s features (higher rate limits, more API keys, etc.)

Downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period:

• You keep current benefits until the period ends
• The new plan’s limits apply at renewal

Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

Save 20% by switching to yearly billing:

Purchasing Lifetime Credits

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
2. Choose a deposit amount:
   • $10,$25, $50,$100, $250, or$500
3. Complete payment
4. Credits are added to your lifetime balance immediately

Transaction History

View a complete log of all billing events:

• Subscription payments — Monthly or yearly charges
• Credit deposits — Lifetime credit purchases
• Credit usage — Per-request token consumption
• Refills — Subscription credit auto-refills

Payment Methods

ModelStack accepts credit and debit cards for both subscriptions and credit deposits.
